Supplements

Here are some supplements I've found beneficial over the years for anxiety. These definitely aren't cures and some of them may not work for you, but when used at the correct dosage in combination with other therapies they may help support the brain (chemicals, hormones) and bring it to a more resilient state. A lot of these vitamins and minerals you can get by eating a well balanced diet.  Please note I do not and would not take all these supplements together everyday, these are just supplements I've found helped me in the past. Be sure to talk to your doctor before adding any new supplements, especially if you're already on medication. :) :)
